How to put your shoulder back in when your shoulder is dislocated.
First of all, if you have a problem such as dislocation, you must go to the hospital. The doctor says to go to the emergency room at least. I'm not a medical person, so I'm not responsible for the content.
However, it is not realistic for people with habitual dislocations like me to go to the hospital with missing shoulders every time. Even if you go to the emergency room, it's actually the lowest priority, so you have to wait a long time, and if you go every time you're out, you'll be in trouble.
And it may be an environment where you can't go to the hospital. If you can't go to the hospital quickly (such as hiking), you have to put your shoulders back on somehow to get rid of the pain and act to some extent. You can wear it and go to the hospital.
As far as I know, the video below is based on anterior dislocation. On the first dislocation, do not try unless you are in extreme situations such as distress, and go to the hospital for an accurate diagnosis. I have to take an MRI, too.
If I try a few times within a range where the pain is not too severe, I get in. If the pain is too severe, I think it's better not to do it. Muscles or tendons can be severely damaged.
For your information, when the shoulder is half-out, the hand is stretched forward and the elbow is 90 degrees, and if you slowly turn the hand to the right, it goes in.
Once again, to the extent that there is no great pain, try only in situations where it is difficult to go to the hospital. Go to the hospital even after you put it on. The standard response is to fix your arms with clothes and go to the hospital.
In the doctor's opinion, the way to check if your shoulder has gone back in is to raise your hand high and think that you have gone in if you can high-five.
