Free program "Around" is better than "Zoom" at a video conference with less than 50 people.

"Around" is a plug-in installation method for Windows and Mac, and you can download the app for your smartphone. Up to 50 people are free of charge, and it would be good to link them with slacks.

The advantage of the "Around" service is that it displays videos on the computer desktop.  It can be arranged in a row and can be arranged as if sitting around because it is in campfire mode.

Even if we have a video conference with 50 people, there is no disconnection or anything. It can be seen as a sincere video conference. You can put music in the background, and the camera tracks. So when the face moves during a video conference, the camera tracks, automatically zooms in, and out, but I don't think this is a laptop camera. 

The "Around" invitation is a link invitation method, but if you create a room, you can set up a room link address, and since it doesn't change, you can save it and use it.

You can lock the room. Of course, there's a lobby, so you can open the room and invite only allowed users.

One of the advantages of "Around" I think is that when you share the screen, you can share the screen without losing or minimizing the participant's face. You can share your current screen, or if you have a secondary monitor, you can share it, but you can share it as it is.

It has a note function, so it can be used like a minutes, and collaboration is also possible at the same time like Google Docs. And all of these meeting records, shared links, and participation list will be delivered to their respective e-mails after the meeting. When the content is delivered, the participant's seat list is also delivered, and if you press the participant, you can send an e-mail to the participants.

I think it's optimized for meetings.

You can set the background music during the meeting. You can have an exciting meeting. The reaction function is also fun. It's also used for ice breaking, but my face changes to GIF.

I didn't use the slacks, so I didn't link them, but the product company is promoting that it's good to use them with slacks, so the team that uses the slacks should try them together.

"Around" is free of charge for up to 50 people and has a pro version. It will be paid soon, but it will continue to go free of charge for less than 50 people.
