A glass of whiskey a day has no health problems? Truth or lie?

Personally, as I recently became interested in whiskey, I enjoy about an ounce (30ml) every evening, leaving a message about whether I can drink it every day.

This article is dedicated to visitors looking for an article to justify drinking with the keyword "a glass every day" or "a can every day" ahead of work every day. Please refer to this article as it is a comprehensive review, including the latest medical presentations.

Whiskey sold by Diageo is labeled Drinkiq. It is a site that contains some information about drinking and health, but there is nothing special. Drinking cannot be said to be bad for health in liquor companies, and it seems to be a site created by a kind of obligation, just as magic societies and casinos campaign to prevent gambling addiction. The content is not very diverse.

This site introduces a drinking guideline called "Standard Cup." Based on this, the WHO offers 4 cups of ethanol (40g) a day for men and 2 cups of ethanol (20g) a day for women, but there is no mention that it is okay to drink like this every day. One glass of ethanol for each main type means 10 grams of ethanol, equivalent to 30 ml of standard whiskey at 40 degrees and about 500 ml of beer (to be exact, 473 ml).

For reference, internationally, one standard glass was defined as 10g of alcohol.

Unlike the pictures on the site, the label of whiskey from Diageo contains 9.5 grams of alcohol per ounce (1oz, 30 ml) of whiskey at 40 degrees. In other words, as suggested on the site above, if you think of 50 ml as a standard glass and drink it, it exceeds 40% of the appropriate amount.

Personally, I used to drink a can of beer every evening but recently changed it to an ounce of whiskey every day. And, I rest one day during the weekend, and drink about 3.7 ounces (two 40ml whiskey highballs, one ounce knit). In this way, it means drinking 9.5g a day and 82.5g a week. In other words, it is close to the boundary of high-risk drinking.

Anyway, since it's within the range of high-risk drinking, is it okay to enjoy a drink every day? In fact, I wrote a long article for this topic. The conclusion is, "No".

According to the CNN column, a recent study found that a glass of wine a day is good for heart health. It is concluded that alcohol is unconditionally bad for health.

Remember that a little drinking is an area of pleasure and taste, never for health.
